Business Practices and Professional Ethics (45 hours)

In business class, students are instructed in business philosophy and professional ethics. Students learn techniques for business planning, bookkeeping, tax preparation, marketing, advertising, website creation, and office design. They also learn the rules and regulations for massage therapists as legislated by the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS).

As a bonus to the 45 curriculum hours required by the TDSHS, our students have an open invitation to discuss business strategies and goals with the faculty and directors.
